Shipping
All items are made to order and will be sent out upon completion, please allow up to 2 weeks before shipment. You will receive a notification via email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Allotted time window may be delayed during holiday seasons or if we are experiencing a higher volume of orders. We will notify you via email if production will take longer than anticipated.

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping cost for USPS First Class Mail.
USPS Priority Mail: $5 flat fee within US
USPS Priority Mail Express: $30 flat fee within US/ $50 flat fee for countries outside US territories.
International Shipping
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, sumo duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Dani and the Rings you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the to Dani and the Rings. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If you have any questions please contact us before placing your order.
Returns
Items purchased on Daniandtherings.com may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items and must be in their original packaging.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.
Repairs
If you should experience the need for a repair on any Dani and the Rings jewelry item please contact us. Reference your Name, Order Number and Repair Issue.
Dani and the Rings will repair your item free of charge if there is any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 90 days of the receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after those 90 days or if deemed to have been caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. All repairs are assessed on an individual basis.
